I’m Mary Beth Toczek, Certified Professional Coach (CPCC and ACC) and owner of Honor Your Purpose LLC.
As a trained and certified coach with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I’m passionate about helping others become the best version of themselves, live a more fulfilling life, and reach their personal, professional and business goals. I offer clients a wide range of tools to become more authentic, effective leaders, successfully overcome challenges, and gain increased confidence in their abilities. Through powerful conversations, I challenge individuals to think differently, understand what’s most important to them, make meaningful changes, and commit to a life and career that honors their core values and purpose. I love helping my clients to become more self-aware, gain new insights and perspectives, and build their inner resources for ongoing success.
I bring to my clients a breadth of experience from my 25 years in the business/corporate world, having worked in IT, project management, training, finance, sales, and operations in a variety of industries. Although my skills and expertise in these areas served me well in my career, I found that I was focusing on things that didn’t provide me fulfillment and weren’t fully aligned with my values, which resulted in me constantly searching for more. I was finding that the accomplishments of my career lacked meaning for me. I was giving so much of myself to the companies I worked for, but I questioned what I was getting out of any of it. I lost parts of myself in the process. For years I was searching for something I couldn’t quite put my finger on but I kept hoping things would be different.
By immersing myself in the coaching world, I found my true calling. I shifted my perspective and learned that there are so many connections and possibilities in the world that I never noticed. I realized I didn’t need to settle for discontentment with the guise of security and stability, and that I could push past my fears and hesitations to choose a different path for myself. I gained clarity in my passion to support clients through similar transformations - big or small - and witness their growth and development. It is so rewarding to walk alongside others as they navigate change, achieve their goals, find more fulfillment, and authentically be themselves. I am grateful to have the privilege of using my skills everyday in a way that honors my own purpose and to be able to help others do the same.
